Sign in with Google or Microsoft, or add a custom SMTP and IMAP server. Credentials are encrypted and never sent anywhere except the server they belong to.

Set limits per mailbox
Give each address a daily cap that suits its age and history, then let rotation spread the sequence across all of them.

Watch the health checks
Authentication records are checked in the background, with the specific problem and the fix surfaced when something isn't set up right.
