ColdBind

Resources — Changelog

What shipped, most recent first.

Product changes that affect how ColdBind behaves. Internal refactoring is left out unless something you can see changed along with it.

  • Conversations are scoped to what they can do

Each Copilot conversation is created in a mode that decides which actions it can take. Lead generation, campaign work and enrichment each have their own toolset, and the restriction is enforced on the server as well as in the prompt.

  • Long searches resume themselves

A search that takes minutes no longer requires you to sit and wait for it. When the background job finishes, the conversation picks the workflow back up and continues with what you asked for, rather than stopping halfway.

  • You can stop a run

Any in-flight Copilot run can be stopped. The stop is enforced on the server: pending follow-up work is cancelled so a stopped run cannot restart itself.

  • Search and enrichment fail over instead of failing

Lead sourcing now runs an ordered chain of sources. If one is unavailable or rate-limited, the next one takes over, so a single provider outage no longer stalls a search.

  • Provider chain updated

The model fallback order was revised, with rate-limit and timeout retries and per-provider cost tracking kept for every run.

  • Unsubscribe handling hardened

Opt-out links are signed so they cannot be forged or enumerated, outbound mail carries one-click unsubscribe headers, and an opt-out is enforced across the whole workspace rather than the single campaign it came from.

  • Faster, smaller deployments

Both services moved to pruned production images, and database migrations now run automatically when a container starts — a deploy no longer needs a manual migration step.

  • Connect Gmail, Outlook and your own SMTP

Mailboxes connect over Google and Microsoft OAuth, or as custom SMTP/IMAP. Credentials are encrypted at rest and used only against the server they belong to.

  • Reply handling and suppression

Replies from every connected mailbox thread back to the lead and campaign that produced them, and a reply, bounce or opt-out stops the rest of that sequence.

  • Pipeline and deal tracking

A board and a table view over the same deals, with custom stages, win probabilities, per-contact dossiers, and a stage-weighted forecast.
