AI Copilot · Lead Finder · Campaigns · Unibox · CRM
Describe who you want to reach. Approve the plan. It runs.
One workspace for prospecting, outreach and pipeline. The Copilot works out who qualifies and what it costs, you approve it, and it runs in the background. Nothing is spent until you say so.

01Why ColdBind
Outbound is four jobs. Most tools do one of them.
Find the people. Check the addresses. Write something worth replying to. Send it without burning the domain. Doing all four in one place is the whole product.
The work that makes cold email work happens before the send button. So that is where the agent is.
- 01One workspace instead of five subscriptions
- Prospecting, enrichment, sending, replies and pipeline stop being separate tools with separate bills and separate logins. The contact record and the campaign that reached them live in the same place, so nothing has to be exported to be understood.
- 02The agent does the work before the sending
- Finding the right people, checking the addresses and writing something specific is the expensive part of outbound — not the sending. Describe who you want and the Copilot does that part, then waits for your approval before spending anything.
- 03Deliverability is the default, not a setting
- Sends rotate across your mailboxes with a limit per address. Authentication records are checked from live DNS. A mailbox whose bounce rate climbs gets paused before it becomes a damaged domain.
02What's inside
Seven modules. One login, one bill.
Everything below runs in the same workspace on the same data.
- 01AI CopilotDescribe who you want to reach. The agent does the work.
- 02Lead FinderFresh prospects from the live web, scored and verified.
- 03CampaignsMulti-step sequences that send like a person, not a platform.
- 04Inboxes & DeliverabilityRotate real mailboxes and keep them landing in the inbox.
- 05UniboxEvery reply from every mailbox in one place.
- 06CRM & PipelineA pipeline built for outbound, not for a sales ops team.
- 07AnalyticsWhat's landing, what's working, and which mailbox is tired.
03How it works
From a sentence to a running campaign, in four steps.
The same flow runs in the preview above and in your workspace.
- Step 1
Say who you want to reach
Write it the way you would explain it to someone on your team. Industry, role, company size, location, and whatever signal makes them worth contacting now.
- Step 2
Read the plan
The Copilot comes back with who qualifies, what every row will contain, and what the run costs in credits. Disagree and change it before anything happens.
- Step 3
Check the samples
You see the first few matches before the full search finishes, so a wrong brief is caught in the sample rather than after 500 rows.
- Step 4
It runs without you
The rest of the list builds in the background. Close the tab and come back to it. You are charged for the leads that got delivered, not for the attempt.

05Questions
All questionsThe four we get most.
- What is the Copilot, and how much does it actually do on its own?
- You describe who you want to reach in a sentence. The Copilot turns that into a written plan — who qualifies, what every row will contain, and what the run will cost — and then does the work: searching, enriching, verifying, and drafting the outreach. The things it cannot undo wait for you. Launching a campaign, deleting leads and sending a test all stop and ask first, with a plain description of what is about to happen.
- How is this different from a contact database like Apollo or ZoomInfo?
- A database is a snapshot, and contact data decays fast — people change roles and companies constantly, which is why bought lists bounce. ColdBind searches the open web at the moment you ask, alongside B2B data sources, and reads what it finds for the current name, title, company and email. What comes back reflects the roles that exist now rather than the ones that existed when a record was last refreshed.
- Why does sending need to be spread across several mailboxes?
- Providers expect a single mailbox to send at a human rate, and pushing well past that is how a domain earns a reputation problem. Connect as many mailboxes as you need — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or your own SMTP — and give each one a daily limit that suits its age and history. Sends rotate across them within the days and hours you choose, spread out rather than fired in one block.
- How do credits work?
- Talking to the Copilot is free. Credits are spent on work that gets delivered: a lead that was sourced, researched and verified, enrichment that returned a result, or an opening line that was written. The estimate is shown before you approve a run, and the ledger itemises what was actually spent afterwards — so a run that finds nothing does not quietly consume your balance.
